What is National Wellness Month?

National Wellness Month is celebrated every August. This month encourages the practice of selfcare, building healthy habits and prioritising your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. This important campaign was begun in 2018 by Live Love Spa. Following this, it has now grown into a widely supported celebration of forming sustainable habits.
