Perfect Care’s Winter Newsletter 2025/26

Welcome to our Winter Newsletter for 2025/26! See what we’ve been up to this winter across our offices.

Combating Blue Monday

Our Durham office team wanted to brighten up this year’s Blue Monday by not only wearing bright colours, but dressing up as Teletubbies! Our care team were invited to our office to reconnect with our team and enjoy each others company. Thank you to all that got involved!

Christmas

Silent Santa Appeal

Our Durham branch participated in the Silent Santa Appeal, an incredible initiative ensuring local children receive Christmas gifts while preserving dignity and privacy.

Whitworth Park Academy’s Christmas Fair

Some of our incredible team visited Whitworth Park Academy’s Christmas Fair. To add to the festive fun, we brought along plenty of colouring pages to keep people entertained.

New Starters

We are wishing a warm welcome to all of our new starters! Since our last newsletter we have employed 24 new people and we’re glad to have you all on our team.

Just a reminder about our ‘Refer a friend’ scheme where you could receive £300 by referring a friend to us if they get employed. Sign up to the Care Friends app and start earning!

Recognition

Here are some of the excellent compliments that we have received over the last couple months.

“I get on very well with Lynn Greener, we have good banter together.”

Louise Bell and Megan Ridley who both over the last weekend have been a rock and unbelievable support.”

“Claire Flattley has been a massive support in assisting with our new service user. Claire has supported them immensely. I am truly grateful.”

These are just a few of the ones we have received, we’re always so happy to hear the great things our service users and their families have to say!
