• Care and support at home  to people of all ages throughout County Durham and parts of Darlington – from very young children right through to the very old
• Nursing and Residential Care at our Care Home  in Durham

Background

Perfect Care opened in 2012 and the owners between them had over 40 years experience in both the Healthcare and Business sectors, each bringing complimentary skills to the business.  

They had a clear vision of what they wanted the Company to provide – and that was delivering a quality care service built on: 

• First and foremost that each and everyone of our clients are  IMPORTANT, INDIVIDUAL, UNIQUE and THEY MATTER and that  kindness, dignity, respect and understanding is  at the heart of everything we  and our employees do.
• Provide  the best care staff to support our clients  – not everyone who we interview is offered a job with us.
• Giving Managers and Care  Staff access to correct training opportunities, equipment, and support to allow them to provide the best care
• Year on year Capital Investment into things such as innovation and technologies that enable staff to undertake their jobs  even better with the focus on quality   

Perfect Care recognises that every client, and every visit matters,   and that is the simple ethos  on which the basis of the Company was formed and continues to operate by.

The Company has been very successful since opening  in 2012 due to the service it provides, and  has experienced a very rapid growth due to the demand for its services  and its attention to detail.
